1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Attach your order number and clear photos/videos of the product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund
4. Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are returned to the original account.

COD refunds are processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
5. Return Shipping

If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.

If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if the product is in stock.

If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
