DriveLux Auto strives to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. If there’s an issue with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items that have been installed or altered

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact info@driveluxauto.store within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Attach your order number and clear photos/videos of the product

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund

4. Refund Timeline and Methods

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are returned to the original account.

  • COD refunds are processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is on our end (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.

  • If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is in stock.

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected. Refunds or exchanges are processed only if the product meets eligibility conditions.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, they must follow the return process.
